Decide and vote on sponsoring Hawk Creek VFD in going for a Coal Board Grant for concrete flooring in their new building.

Sign the Letter agreeing to submit Coal Impact Grant Application and Certification Form authorizing Musselshell Commission Chair to sign documents for concrete flooring in their new building submitted by Hawk Creek VFD.

Sign the Montana Coal Board Grant Application Designation of Environmental Certifying Official for concrete flooring for Hawk Creek VFD.

Sign the Letter Determining there is no Environmental Impact on the Coal Board Grant for concrete flooring in the new building for Hawk Creek VFD.
