Construction is underway on this familiar street, 2nd Avenue West. The current owner is installing a propane tank underneath the sidewalk, with an easement from the city, to provide propane for the adjacent building. The sidewalk will then be replaced and refreshed. After considering other options, there was no other placement site available for the building.
