The Panthers only had one game this week as they hosted the Malta Mustangs on Saturday evening. The Malta Mustangs present lots of problems for teams because of their quickness and shooting ability and Saturday they brought their problems to Roundup. Malta got out of the gate quickly scoring the first seven points. The Panthers stemmed the tide a bit with a couple of baskets in a row but then the Mustangs went on a 10-0 run that opened the gates. The Panthers effort was very solid all night but their inability to make shots against the pressure was the downfall all night. After the first quarter Malta led 28-12 and slowly just ran away from the Panthers. Evan, Morgan, Kylen, Jace, Jordan, Dustin, and Braedan put up a great effort but the Mustangs were too much on Saturday and won 75-30.

Scoring was as follows: Kylen Wolff 9, Jace Lemmel 8, Morgan Sanner 6, Braedan Bilden 4, Dustin Gairrett 2, and Jordan Olson 1.
