The local candidate debate tentaively scheduled for September 29 is being cancelled due to lack of interest by the candidates! The only candidate that responded was Sheriff Shawn Lesnik who was eager to debate his write-in opponent Daniel Hanson. Mr. Hanson who is running for sheriff of Musselshell County did not respond to the debate offer. The other two candidates vying for the office of Justice of the Peace, Brad Marking and Stephanie Graben also did not respond to the invitation.
