Roundup Memorial Healthcare was recently awarded the Montana Rural Healthcare Performance Improvement Network’s Quality Improvement Award for its work on improving its Discharge Process. Some of the key indicators that impacted this award were better communication with patients about needs at home (oxygen, wheelchair, etc.) and medication education.
