The new owner of 'The Back Porch' sat down with me and discussed the plans going forward. Anthony Buich and his wife Tayler are no strangers to the restaurant and hospitality field.

Anthony and Tayler owned a restaurant in Monterey, CA before moving with their children to Roundup a few years ago. Anthony's father owns a restaurant, the 'Tadich Grill', located in the heart of San Francisco's financial district. 'Tadich Grill' is the oldest, continuously run restaurant in California, and third oldest in the United States.

He wants to assure the citizens of Roundup that 'The Back Porch' will still be serving wonderful BBQ, an excellent breakfast and new favorites to be announced in the coming months. Perhaps salads and soups and sandwiches, that tasty triumvirate, and a kid's menu may also appear. Anthony is of Croatian ancestry, so you may see a few of his favorite Croatian dishes on the menu in the future.
