Crab Salad

 

½ package imitation crab

4 long sticks of fresh celery

4 large radishes

½ white onion

¾ cup Mayonnaise

3 TBS Lemon juice

1 fresh red pepper

Ground pepper

Salt

Dice vegetables as small as you prefer, dice crab. Add Mayonnaise and Lemon juice and stir. Add salt and pepper to taste. Delicious. Enjoy as a cold dish with crackers.
