April 26, 2021 Road

Department Minutes

Commissioner Goffena and Commissioner Turley were present.

Road Secretary Kenner, Virgil Merfeld, Scotty Adkins and Ryan McGinness were present.

The bid package for the equipment building will be in the papers this week. Mr. Merfeld came in to discuss Cameron Road and requested it be repaired. The Commissioners have retained Mr. McGinness to research the road and the Commissioner will decide what to do next. They are waiting on Floodplain Administrator harper to sign the variance for the Goffena Bridge Project. They are also waiting on MDT to see if they can even touch the old private bridge.

Roads bladed: #4, Snowy Mountain, N. Delphia, Melstone-Custer, Fishel, E. Parrot, Goulding Creek, Harvey, Majerus, W. Parrot. They are moving equipment to E. Parrot. There were 2 compliments regarding Goulding Creek.
