The meeting was called to order at 8:30 by Commissioner Borner. Commissioner Goffena was present also.

Pledge of Allegiance.

Commissioner Goffena made the motion to approve the agenda after adding to approve the one half of reimbursements for predator control services rendered by the USDA/ADHIS Wildlife Services for the Wool Growers Association Predator Control Fund in the amount of $959.40. Commissioner Borner seconded the motion. Motion carried.
