Congressman Matt Rosendale (MT-02) voted against H.R. 7888, The Reforming Intelligence and Securing America Act, which reauthorized the use of The Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA). He voted against the legislation after an amendment to the bill that would protect the Fourth Amendment and shield Americans from warrantless searches by the FBI and the greater intelligence community failed....
