When Maintenance is notified that a helicopter is landing, they have about 20 minutes to get everything set up. They start with making sure all vehicles are moved from the main parking lot. Then they place orange cones across the north and south of second street West, so the street is closed off. The street is closed off because they will not land with cars or people below them.
