Melstone Basketball

The Melstone Broncs and Lady Broncs traveled to Lockwood last week for the 5-C District Tournament. The Broncs had their first game of the tournament on Friday afternoon against the Broadview/Lavina Pirates, the Broncs won 53-27. The Broncs advanced on to play against the Harlowton Engineers in the championship on Saturday night, the Broncs lost 42-47. The Lady Broncs had their first game of the tournament on Friday evening against the Harlowton Lady Engineers, the Lady Broncs won 40-25. The Lady Broncs advanced on to play against the Custer/Hysham Lady Rebels in the championship on Saturday night, the Lady Broncs won 46-31. The Broncs and Lady Broncs both advance to the Southern C Divisional tournament in Miles City, February 28th - March 2nd.
