Letters to the Editor

Musselshell county has a new kid in town and his name is Adam M. Larsen. He is our new County Attorney. A man of integrity if a law is on the books he will make sure that the law is enforced. The town of Klein Montana, our neighbor down the highway, had a problem of vagrants, homeless, who invaded breaking into empty houses causing a sanitation issue. Like Roundup, Klein is an old coal miner's town and residents are hard working blue collar Americans. Everything they have or own they worked for it. A 2020 census of Klein tells us that 156 people live in the Klein area. The residents of Klein got together and went to the County Attorney, Adam Larsen, who enforced our Nuisance law.The homeless are no longer living in a house they broke illegally into. I have been fighting two illegal dump sites in Camp 3 for years, now I have an allie willing to work with tax paying property owners against those who come into Musselshell county and DUMP their garbage and trash. Because former County Attorneys did not enforce our Nuisance laws or spite laws, Roundup and surrounding area has seen garbage, unwanted vehicles, trailers, etc. everywhere. As a matter of fact while walking my dog Diesel in the Meathouse Road county owned property, just below the Mickleson coal company site to the east in a clump of trees some lazy moron has dumped his or her trash! We have a county well maintained dump, so idiots like this have NO reason to throw their unwanted waste wherever the hell they want to. To clean these areas up cost we taxpayers. County workers must be paid their wages. County Attorney Adam Larsen has been working closely with our Sheriff department and also with our district sanitation officer, Megan Strage of Lewistown. We live in the most beautiful state so why allow a few to destroy the view for us all?
