Roundup Memorial Healthcare Enhances Emergency Power

Roundup Memorial Healthcare (RMH) has furthered progress towards improving their emergency services infrastructure. A second generator with new switches, hardware, and wiring went live June 30th.This update ensures that our community's residents have access to healthcare services during an emergency event.

The project's primary intention was to address deficiencies in infrastructure due to the 70- year-old age of the facility. This phase of the project has expanded emergency electrical capabilities to the emergency room, hospital, clinic, and dietary services. This phase of the infrastructure improvement was made possible by a $292,000 grant from the Montana Coal Board and $23,000 from the Musselshell County Hospital District Board.

Roundup Memorial Healthcare is extremely grateful to the Montana Coal Board and to our community for their continued support to allow RMH to provide the highest quality of care, even during an emergency event.
