Because of a ruling by a federal judge, Signal Peak Energy is challenged with difficulty of trying to find ways to mine around Federal lands. Speaking with Musselshell County Commissioners, there is a potential for a land swap between Signal Peak Energy and the Native Reservation. We will post more updates, when more is defined.
