The 2023 Montana 4-H Shooting Sports Hall of Fame Award recipient is Rob Mihalovich from Musselshell County. This award is in recognition of the dedication and contributions of a person to youth development through 4-H Shooting Sports. Rob has also been selected as the 2023 District 7 Outstanding Lifetime Volunteer for Montana 4-H. This award recognizes individuals who have served as a 4-H volunteer for more than 10 years.
