As I write this editorial, I do so in melancholy. I will pen words that I never thought that I would have to as an American. Let us start with a brief conversation of the FBI: The Federal Bureau of Investigation located in the Edgar Hoover building in Washington D.C. William Howard Taft was President between the years of 1909 and 1913.During this time, it was suggested and voted on by Congress and Senate to start a department that would be called, Bureau of Investigation.
