Letter to the voters of HD 40 CI-121 a proposal for the voters to decide which will be a constitutional amendment if enough signatures are on petitions to put it on the November ballot. Many things are being said about CI-121 that are getting the voters worked up. Number one you will get a big tax break because your taxes will roll back to the 2019 levels. Number two this will effect only tax payers who have owned their homes for five years prior to 2019. Number three you will be in a bracket that only allows up to a 2% annual tax increase.
