Central Montana Head Start (CMHS) held a four-week virtual Instant Pot class for the parents/guardians of enrolled Head Start children in Lewistown, Harlowton, and Roundup. The participants who attended all the classes were eligible to be in the drawing for a free instant pot.

The class consisted of how to use an instant pot. The recipes used were cost effective, high in nutrients, and low in fat, sugar and salt.
