During the month of January 2022 there were 92 calls to 911. They break down as follows:

There were 32 unwarranted or non-emergency calls. 23 calls for the ambulance, 13 calls for the deputies, 2 calls for the fire depts. 7 test calls and 4 transfers to other counties.

* A deputy responded to a RADD (Reckless And Dangerous Driver) report.

* The ambulance was called to assist a female that wasn’t feeling well.

* The ambulance responded to a female with low oxygen levels.

* Deputy, medical and fire responded to a 4-wheeler accident.

* Deputy responded to a RADD report.

* Ambulance responded to a female with breathing problems.

* Deputy responded to a possible break in. He was unable to locate any signs of break in or mischief in the area.

* Ambulance responded to a male that was not feeling well.

* Medical responded to a male with breathing problems.

* Deputy responded to the request of a welfare check.

* Deputy responded to a slide off accident, with no injuries reported and no damage done.

* Deputy responded to a truck that was losing part of it’s load.

* Deputy responded to the report of a missing child. The child was located inside the home safe and sound.

* Medical responded to a male that was not feeling well.

* Medical responded to a female complaining of a rapid heart rate.

* Medical responded to a male possibly having a stroke.

* Medical responded to a male possibly having a heart attack.

* Medical responded to the report of a man found on the floor of his room.

* Medical responded to a male not feeling well.

* Medical responded to a male with breathing issues.

* Medical responded to a female in a great deal of pain.

* Deputy responded to a deer vs. vehicle accident, no injuries reported.

* Deputy responded to a call of “something” on the highway.

* Medical responded to a sledding accident.

* Deputy responded to the request for a cop to get to her, and then she hung up the phone without giving more information such as an address. Please remember, if you can tell the dispatcher nothing but the address please give that to her/him. We are unable to send you help without a location in which to send it! After giving the location, if you are safely able to speak with the dispatcher, please give the information of what is happening in the moment.

* Deputy and medical responded to a female that was having an asthma attack.

* Deputy responded to a RADD report.

* Medical responded to a male in a great deal of pain.

* Medical responded to a female having an asthma attack.

* Medical responded to a female possibly having a stroke.

* Medical responded to a female to not feeling well.

* Medical, deputy and fire units responded to a single vehicle accident.

* Medical responded to a male that complains of being sick.

* Deputies responded to a PFMA (Partner Family Member Assault).

* Medical responded to a male not feeling well.

* Medical responded to a female that may have had a heart attack.

* Medical responded to a female needing of a lift assist.

* Medical responded to a female that had fallen

* Medical responded to a female that had fallen.

* Medical responded to a female complaining of chest pains.

* Deputy responded to a RADD report.

The deputies performed 51 traffic stops in the month of January. They issued 15 citations and gave 44 warnings.

Now that we are in a new year I thought it might be interesting to report that in 2021 there were a total of 1,388 calls to 911.

There were 596 unwarranted/non-emergency calls.

There were 16 test calls.

26 accident calls.

74 transfers to other agencies or counties.

Fire had 71 calls that were responded to by the various county departments.

The ambulance responded to 469 calls on 911 (not to mention the many calls they went on that were not called into 911)

The deputies responded to 136 calls for their service, again this number does not show the number of calls that came in on the non-emergency line.

The deputies also conducted a total of 854 traffic stops.
