Opening Soon in Roundup

Kate Amick

Kate Amick and her husband moved to Roundup Montana this spring. New to the area, they haven't let the grass grow under their feet. Kate works remotely full-time while starting her dream career, a bridal boutique. Her husband and business partner, also has a full-time career. The industrious couple is hoping for a grand opening to Kate's Bridal business this coming January 3rd.

Kate and her husband both grew up in conservative families. When they married they wanted to move somewhere that fit that value. They found that fit in Musselshell County. Kate explains, "It's refreshing to be in a place that respects freedom, personal space, and privacy." Designing wedding gowns is something Kate has wanted to do since she was a child. She said that it was her first dream job, that she always drew and sketched designs since she was very young.

Kate's Bridal is currently carrying two designer's gowns, Justin Alexander, and Calla Blanche. Kate explains that these garments have a western and bohemian flare that is effortless and beautiful with lots of lace and intricate detail. Kate is planning to carry her own personally designed collection in the near future. All of the bridal attire she will be carrying is representative of the area.

Kate's Bridal will be a specific bridal attire shop, it is not a bridesmaid shop, nor a tuxedo shop, nor is Kate a wedding planner. It is exclusively western bridal attire including boots and hats. Kate will be available by appointment only, as she wants to give each bride individual attention and detail.

Kate will be at the upcoming Christmas stroll on December 4th, at Musselshell Valley Equipment. She will have some of the dresses on display, as well as hats, boots and gloves. The public will be able to get a preview of the quality of garment that Kate will have available, and see the design detail in person.

The boutique opening January 3rd will be at 619 1st Ave West in Roundup, across the street from the Cowboy Church on Main Street. You can see photos and posts at http://www.ladykatesbridal.com, on Instagram @ladykatesbridal, and on Facebook. Kate's services and attire are only available in person and by appointment only, so there are no online sales of this merchandise.

Please welcome Kate and her new business to the community. We hope her business is a great success.
