A family home was lost on August the 17th, cause undetermined as of this report, when the front porch caught on fire. The rural home was occupied with children and a teen when the fire started. The grandparents were in Billings and parents were not at home when the call came in. The fire fighters were wonderful in trying to save the home but everything was gone by then. The children and animals were all able to get out but had to jump over the fire to get out the back door according to the grandmother. The fire engulfed the home and it could not be saved.
