Musselshell County Farm Service Agency is Accepting Emergency Conservation Program Applications

(Roundup, Montana), August 9, 2021 – U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA) Executive Director Michelle Blegen today announced that Musselshell County is accepting applications for the Emergency Conservation Program (ECP) to address damages from drought. ECP signup will begin on August 1, 2021, and end on August 31, 2021.

The approved ECP practices under this authorization include:

• windmill, solar panel powered, submersible pumps

• watering facilities

• livestock pipeline
