School begins Wednesday, August 18, at 8:25 a.m.
Registration should be completed by Friday, August 16
Registration Steps Beginning August 4:
Stop by the school to complete required student information forms and a Request for Records from the previous school. Information to bring with you:
* Name, Address, Phone, and Fax of previous school
* Copies of most recent report card for Grades 6, 7, and 8
or Transcript for Grades 9, 10, 11, & 12
* Proof of Immunizations
* Copy of Birth Certificate
* NWEA MAPS test results
* Special Education records
Make an appointment for student and at least one parent to meet with the school counselor, Mrs. Cliff, to set up a class schedule. This can be completed once records have been received and reviewed.
Records request forms may be picked up in advance and mailed or faxed to your previous school by stopping by the District Office at 12 Main Street before August 4 or the Junior/Senior High School beginning August 4. This is highly recommended to facilitate a smooth transition for our incoming students.
Orientation for 7th Graders and their Parents will be held on Tuesday, August 17, at 7:00 p.m. in the Gym.
Students entering Grades 9-12 who wish to participate in football, cross country, or volleyball:
* A physical exam is required before practicing. Forms are available at the Roundup Clinic or the school.
* Practices for all 3 sports begin August 13
* There is a $65 activity, which allows participation in any/all activities and provides an activity ticket for admission to all home sporting events.
