James Brown is the Republican Candidate for the District 3 Seat on the Public Service Commission

Mr. Brown is a native of Dillon. He is a graduate of Beaverhead County High School and the University of Montana – Missoula. Mr. Brown earned his law degree from the Seattle University School of Law and his Masters in Tax Law from the University of Washington. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Brown worked six years in Washington D.C. as a Congressional Aide, including for U.S. Senator Conrad Burns of Montana.
