Merrill Louis Armstrong, 85, passed away on Dec. 24, 2019, in Roundup.He was born on Oct. 18, 1934, in Cardwell, Montana, going on to graduate from Simms High School and Montana State College with a bachelor's degree in Ag Ed/Science. He taught in Dutton and Fromberg. On April 20, 1957, Merrill married Linda Grace Joppa. They had four children, four grandchildren and four step-grandchildren. In his later years, Dad worked as a mechanic, elevator manager, farmer and animal nutritionist. In 1975, Mom and Dad bought the Clothing Corral in Roundup, which was later sold in the late '80s.
