Last Sunday the Lavina School Association held its Annual Chili Cook-Off. This year there were six chili entrants ranging from past winners, Lavina School students, a community member, and a teacher. We had a great turnout and fun was had by all who came to taste the chili and treats. Thank you to all who attended as well as those who made chili, cinnamon rolls, caramel rolls, cake and other goodies. How fortunate we are to live in a community where people support each other! Finally, the attendees spoke and chose their winners! In 3rd place Valentina Sanguins, 2nd place Cody Wessel, and in 1st place, returning champion Trent Wallis!
