John Jaurique and his wife Alyssa have opened a new barber shop at the Ideal Motel 926 Main Street. The modern shop offers styles that are "on trend" with fades, unique designs, and braiding. John and his wife moved to Roundup only a month ago, but John got straight to work cutting and styling hair for the "back to school" rush. John's shop is at the Main Street shop connected with the Ideal Motel. John's wife, Alyssa, also works at the barber shop. She does braids, extensions, colors, and they both barber. She is also taking a phlebotomy class and working at the clinic. His in-laws bought a house in the area, and invited John to move his family up too. John and Alyssa are new parents with a beautiful eight-month-old daughter, Isabella. They wanted to get out of California because of the increase in crime. They are excited to be here for winter. We are excited to welcome the new entrepreneur to our community.

John has been cutting hair for six years. He started immediately after high school. He is going to learn tattooing also, and hopes to offer that service in the future.
