MINUTES OF SPECIAL JOINT SCHOOL BOARD MEETING OF JULY 19, 2022 SCHOOL
DISTRICTS NO. 55 & 55H
I The Trustees of School District No. 55 & 55H, Musselshell County, Roundup, Montana met for a special board meeting on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at the District Office. Trustees present included Chairperson Vandeberg, Vice-Chairperson Brewer (via telephone), and Serrano (via telephone). Trustees Snook and Bedford were not present at this meeting. Also present were Superintendent Mayfield and Clerk Eiselein. The meeting was called to order at 4:08 PM by Chairperson Vandeberg.
Guest present was Kenny Davis.

III New Business
Personnel
Superintendent Mayfield reported we have advertised for an elementary teacher, and the administration recommends offering Taylor Minteer a contract for the 2022-23 school year. Discussion was held.
Upon motion by Serrano, seconded by Brewer, it was ordered to offer Taylor Minteer a contract as referenced above for the 2022-23 school year.

VI Adjournment Upon motion by Serrano, seconded by Brewer, it was ordered that the meeting be adjourned at 4:11 PM.
