At the monthly July Chamber of Commerce Meeting, which is held the fourth Tuesday of every month, at the Autumn’s Inn at 6 PM. It was voted to begin raising funds via a yet to be started go-fund-me portal on-line, the goal is to raise $20,000 to purchase long-lasting, eye catching decorations for the 20 or so lighted poles along Main Street. The pay on-line site should be established and running by August 15. All of the decorations will be lighted with LED’s which will be eye popping and appropriate for the season.
