After communist leader, Mao died in 1976, President Richard Nixon traveled to that country. First American President to visit China in decades. He opened the door to China. Then, President Jimmy Carter feeling compassion for the Chinese who were suffering from a collapsed economy, opened the door even wider. Today, China has a flourishing economy. We hear news that they will over take us as a World Power that they are superior in education and artificial intelligence. Yes, the communist Chinese have made headway in past decades. But the Chinese have NEVER been a "super" power, nor will they ever be one. Current Chinese leader, Xi Jinping, says he will never follow the westphalian system, he talks world revolution. But in reality, not one nation wants to be under the rule of Beiging. This Chinese leader, is not a subtle man and has thrown caution to the winds. He was built a "New China" recreating a system that has proven itself a failure and never has worked. Every communist nation lies and sanitizes the truth. One thing for sure, we Americans cannot trust the Chinese. They lied about Wuhan virus, and lied about invading Taiwan.So we always have to watch our backs when dealing with these people.
