Jeannie was born December 30th 1966 in Roundup,MT to Joseph F. Steffans and Junella (Jeanie) H. (Borner) Steffans.
She attended school in Roundup, MT and participated in "Special Olympics"!
Jeannie resided in a Billings Group home.
