Governor Greg Gianforte visited Winnett Thursday afternoon. Citizens voiced their concerns over several issues. Among those issues were meeting unfunded mandates for emergency services, feeding and watering an overabundance of wildlife by farmers and ranchers, and seemingly never-ending hang-ups in getting a contract signed for the Community Development Block Grant that was awarded to the Petroleum County Community Center....
