On July 28, 2021, The Roundup Record-Tribune published an article (page 1) entitled “Arson at Guns and Goodies.” The purpose of this letter is to correct the public record. An incident was received with the specifics concerning damages to Autumn’s Inn, the State filed a felony charge for that incident. A separate offense concerning arson is under investigation and if warranted, appropriate, action will be taken with respect to a separate offense.
