On this 4th of July, we did not have a parade. Why not? This is our Independence day. Is our country going communist? We need to take a good look at our Chamber of Commerce. Roundup has always had a parade except last year due to COVID. The VFW has always led the parade. This year, we had distinguished 4 star and 3 star guests, which was excellent. Thank you General Funks. There were alot of people waiting on the street Sunday. I went and told them, “ No Parade.” The crowd was mad. I think the Roundup City Council and Chamber of Commerce need to apologize to the community.
