Sheriff’s report for 4/16 – 4/30/2021

There were 36 calls on 911 during the past two weeks. 22 of those calls were unwarranted or hang up calls. The rest of the calls were as follows:

Medical was requested for a female with low blood sugar.

Medical was requested for a female with severe stomach pain.

Medical was called for a male needing taken to the hospital for a check out.

An officer was requested to check on a female and her children.

Deputies were requested to settle a neighbor situation.

Sheriff Lesnik was sent as the coroner for an unattended death.

Fire units were sent out for a fire west of town.

Deputies were requested to remove a trespasser from a property.

Medical was called for a male that had collapsed outside one of the Main Street businesses.

Deputies were dispatched for a male that was causing a disturbance.

Deputies were sent to remove a dead deer from the road way.

Medical was requested for a female that had passed out and was not responsive.

Medical was requested for a female that was sick.

Fire units were sent to a house fire. Thankfully they got the fire under control and there was not a lot of damage done to the home and there were no injuries reported.

During the last two weeks, the officers conducted 39 traffic stops resulting in 33 warnings and 8 citations being given.
