Edward & Helen Day were married on April 7, 1952. Last Saturday, they celebrated their 69th Wedding Anniversary at New Life Fellowship with dinner catered by Ember Elegance from Billings. The dining area was packed full of family, church family & friends. Their 3 children ~Ed, Kim & Kelly~ were all in attendance. Kelly & Jeff Bickler drove from Colorado bringing Madison & Preston (2 of Days' grand children). Kim & Jeff Boltz came up from Billings. While Big Ed rode a buggy from West Parrot Creek Road. In the background, music from the 50s played including the Days favorite song, "I'm Yours" by Don Cornell which played at their wedding. I was honored to be amongst the Day Family, to celebrate the love, dedication & faithfulness it takes to endure 69 years together. I asked Helen what it takes & her response was "Ask Jesus, He knows all the answers."
