The Melstone Lady Broncs started the Southern C Divisional tournament on Wednesday with a game against the Roberts Rockets, they defeated the Rockets 56-32. Melstone moved on to the semi-final game on Friday afternoon against the Custer/Hysham Rebels, they beat the Rebels 53-27. The Lady Broncs played in the Championship game on Saturday evening against the Jordan Mustangs and came out on top with a 34-27 win and punched their ticket to the state tournament. The Lady Broncs took home the Southern C Divisional title for the first time in more than 40 years.

The Melstone Broncs started the Southern C Divisional tournament on Thursday with a game against the Broadview/Lavina Pirates, they beat the Pirates 52-32. The Broncs moved on to play the Bridger Scouts in the semi-final game on Friday evening, they fell to the Scouts 43-49. The Broncs moved to the loser out bracket and faced the Plenty Coups Warriors on Saturday morning, they defeated the Warriors 60-44. They moved on to play in the consolation game against the Harlowton/Ryegate Engineers, it was a battle to the buzzer but the Broncs came out on top with a 51-49 win in overtime. The win over the Engineers gave the Broncs the opportunity to challenge the second place team, Melstone will face the Broadus Hawks in a challenge game on Monday night in Miles City.
