Francis Edward Vargo, 88, of Roundup, Montana, died February 17, 2021. Francis, son of John (Jack) and Caroline (Mattern) Vargo, was born in Roundup on April 19, 1933. When he was younger, his family moved to Illinois, back to Montana, then back to Illinois, where Francis graduated high school. Francis joined the Army and served in Korea. Eventually, Francis found himself in Englewood, California retiring from the postal service. After retirement, Francis returned to Roundup to be near family. Francis loved playing golf all his life.
