A Clarion Call to Virtue: There is an action-behavioral element to virtue. Virtue is well modeled by Fr. Billy Kosco’s homely on Righteous Anger. Be you protestant or Catholic, you would be inspired by his boldness that we rarely see in Christian leadership. He displays the kind of virtue that risks taking a stand. A virtue that we saw in the Founding Fathers as they launched into the war for independence – a war that demanded that Kings be subservient to God and the virtuous will of the people

• Today, Christianity faces ideologies designed to destroy us that will be discussed in this Forum - Critical Theory, Critical Race Theory (CRT), Social Justice, Black Lives Matter etc. These are being promoted in schools, corporations, the government, Media and – sadly - much of the church.

• Only an informed, virtuous people will be able to counteract this Marxist based invasion. We invite you to come, bring you kids, and be equipped to be virtues worldview advocates.

Glenn will help us put the Puzzle Together: Why is it that BLM doesn’t only fight racism, but supports LGBTQ+ issues, opposes the traditional family, and the role of fathers? Or why do groups that seem to have opposing agendas (e.g., LGBTQ+ and pro-Islamic groups) make common cause together? The answer is found in a worldview frequently called Cultural Marxism though more properly termed Critical Theory.

~ Who is Glenn Sunshine? ~

Professor of Renaissance/Reformation and Early Modern European History

Glenn has taught and spoken across America and in Europe. He teaches Renaissance and Reformation History, Early Modern European History, the Black Death, the Crusades, the History of Christianity, and Economic and Military History. He also teaches worldview issues at the Colson Center.

He is the author of several books including: Why You Think the Way You Do – The Story of Western Worldviews from Rome to Home; The Reformation for Armchair Theologians and his latest, Saving Leviathan: Limited Government & Resistance in the Christian Tradition. He appears in the Acton Institute Media’s The Birth of Freedom and Doing the Right Thing, an ethics curriculum by the Colson Center.

Glenn holds a Ph.D. in Renaissance/Reformation History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He and his wife Lynn have a daughter, Elizabeth, and a son, Brendan.
