Denver – Montana House Majority Whip Barry Usher (R-Yellowstone/Musselshell Co, MT) was recently selected to serve on the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) Executive Committee.

The NCSL Executive Committee is the governing body of the National Conference of State Legislatures.
