The meeting was called to order by Commissioner Goffena. Commissioner Turley was present.

Pledge of Allegiance.

Commissioner Turley made the motion to approve the agenda after adding signing Crime Control Grant #19-VO192409 and a Montana Department of Transportation meeting at 2:00. Commissioner Goffena seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Commissioner Turley made the motion to approve the minutes from the January 4, 2021 meeting as is. Commissioner Goffena seconded the motion. Motion carried.
