The Autumns Inn is a long-time fixture of Roundup. It is one of three motels in our fine town. Scott Christie and his wife Lena have leased and managed the Autumn's Inn for the last several years. The motel is currently remodeling five rooms to be finished by spring. The motel has a total of twenty-two rooms and two apartments. The Autumns Inn on Main Street can also be found and easily booked on the web at booking.com, where they have an 8.6 out of 10 rating for their booking and service. They have won several awards that can be seen proudly placed in the lobby. By all accounts they are doing a recognizably great job with the motel.

These two hard working people also have other jobs as well. Lena is well known throughout town as the mail carrier for most people, and Scott also runs a pizza shop in the lower level of the Annex building of the Autumn Inn. Some may remember a pizza place some years back in the gas station at the bottom of the hill. This was also Scott's Pizza. He has reopened at the motel to the delight of many previous and new customers. Scott was discussing his pizza shop, he told me that he has a "Scott's Special", as well as The Meat, Hawaiian, Combo, Bacon Cheeseburger, Veggie, Baked Potato, Chicken Bacon Ranch, Buffalo Baked Potato, Buffalo Chicken Ranch, BBQ Chicken, Taco, and even a GLUTEN FREE pizza. I almost got the impression that Scott would try just about any kind of topping one could think of on a pizza. Several of his pizzas are made with different sauce base than just tomato. One is a homemade Ranch sauce base. I personally "had to" sample the pizza, so I ordered a Scott's special which had sauerkraut on it. It sounded so unusual, but I decided to try it for the good of the public, and my review is that it may well be one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. I LOVED IT! The bread sticks were fantastic as well. Scott's Pizza also makes Wings, Breadsticks, and coming soon, Sub sandwiches.
