Troubling Times

December 16, 2020

By Constitutional Law we have, as a national form of government, a representative republic which represents and protects the individual as well as the whole, with many checks and balances in place to ensure this. Many people falsely believe we have a democracy which is ruled by a majority. Paramount to maintaining a representative republic is the adherence to a legal and constitutional electoral process.

If this current fraudulent presidential election is allowed to stand, then we as a nation have neither a representative republic nor a democracy. What we will have in its place is a nation ruled by people who have used and will continue to use national capital to sell to the highest bidder, which in this case is communist China. This was and will be done solely to enrich these individuals without any thought given to the welfare of this country. Even in this age of mainstream, false narrative journalism and news reporting, one cannot ignore the shady deals with unfriendly nations by the current President elect, his family, and many other politicians at the federal level.

If this election stands, we may very well be witnessing the end of our once great nation. Concerned citizens should be calling our elected representatives from this state and demanding they stand firmly against the voter fraud in its many forms. We need to demand they form coalitions with other constitutionally minded elected officials to rectify the situation through a legitimate vote. The use of machines like the Dominion class of voting machines should be prohibited. Voting in person and with proper identification will go a long way towards correcting this situation. Meaningful criminal penalties against those who attempt to cheat the system will also help correct the fraud.

In the meantime, we as citizens need to work on bettering our community cohesion and strengthening our state. We need to support, advise, and stand behind our legally elected representatives. States rights will be ever increasingly more important as we face these troubled times. Locally we need to support our Sheriff and his appointed deputies. When push comes to shove it will be this force which maintains the rule of law in our community and helps protect the citizenry against abuses.
