Monday morning, July 20th, Mike Goffena's name was put forward to the Musselshell County Compensation Board as a replacement for the departed commissioner Tom Berry. Those in attendance on the Compensation Board were, Nicole Borner, Cheryl Tomassi, Darcie Hetrick, Barb Halverson, Shawn Lesnik, Patty Phiffer, Darren Gebhardt and not attendance was Kevin Peterson. A motion was made and it was passed unanimously. Mike is a native of Musselshell County and is married to his bride, Cheryl and has four grown daughters and eight grandchildren.
