It's time for the 10th Annual Peeps Show sponsored by the Roundup High School Art Department. It's hard to believe that it has been 10 years since starting our marshmallow adventure! I have a "confection" to make, this is my favorite time of year. Peeps Shows are shoe box sized dioramas featuring marshmallow Peeps. Caution, some of our dioramas contain "fowl" puns. The dioramas are displayed in the Community Library where everyone is invited to view and vote for their favorite. Prizes will be awarded for first, second, and third places as well as "Bright Idea" awards to those participants who do not win the popular vote, but show creativity, originality, and artistic merit. Sweet! Attention to detail and humor always is appreciated. It's our 10th year so creativity is going to go off the "Peep" end! Everyone, school and community, is encouraged to participate. There is no age limit and group work is welcome. Dioramas are due on Friday, March 27, to Ms. Unterseher in room 18 at the high school, or dropped off at the Community Library. Late work is accepted, but could result in lost votes. Voting begins March 31, and ends April 11. Winners will be announced on Tuesday, April 14.
