Local Amish

January 1, 2020

I just got back from my early morning walk. And you ALL know I walk early ! It was still somewhat dark and quiet when the stillness was interrupted by the clomp clomp and wheels of horse and buggy heading toward town.It was Amish in a well kite carriage.I was down on Mine road they above me.When Amish first moved into town I asked Mayor and Cop shop about their safety, signs were needed to tell others that they were now present in our community. So far,one lousy sign on county road four exist. We needs signs coming and leaving town letting people especially the truck drivers and those with loud jack brakes know that Amish live here now.SLOW IT DOWN !Both city and county officials need to care more about their residents here in Musselshell county.
