Thomas A. Udelhoven

Thomas A. Udelhoven 72 of Roundup passed away early Wednesday morning, October 9th, 2019 in St Vincent Healthcare in Billing of natural causes. He was born January 16th, 1947 in Lewistown the son of Andrew M. and Viola (Davis) Udelhoven. The family lived near Winifred where he received his schooling. He then worked on his fathers' ranch and in 1968 was united in marriage to Joy Halter, they later divorced. He worked for Cardinal Oil in the Oil fields and on March 12, 1975 he was united in marriage to Joni Woodard in Sheridan, WY. He worked at the N-Bar Ranch near Grass Range and for Stevenson Ranch near Hobson. Later working as a truck driver for 3 Way Trucking, in the Sugar Beet Industry in Sidney and then for MK Weeden Construction of Lewistown until he retired in 2014. They then moved to Wyoming where they lived until 2018 when they returned to Montana and settled in Roundup.Tom enjoyed hunting, fishing, spending time in the outdoors and was a good hard worker.He is survived by his wife Joni of Roundup, MT; sons Martin of Billings, MT, Ronald of Lewistown, MT and James of Roundup, MT; daughters Sherry Strobel of Billings, Wendy Gray in Texas and Julie Layton of Torrington, WY; brothers Mark, Dave and Bill all of Winifred, MT; sister Betty Fordyce or Culbertson, MT; 7 grandchildren 4 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.Memorial Services for Thomas A. Udelhoven will be Thursday, October 17th, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cloyd Chapel in Lewistown, cremation has taken place. The Cloyd Funeral Home is assisting the family.Friends are asked to make memorials to Compassus Hospice of Billings or the charity of their choice and they may be left with the Cloyd Funeral Home.
