Wreakage of aircraft that crashed just north of Roundup on July 29

The plane that crashed on Highway 87 North of Roundup was discovered the day after the crash by Fergus Electric Service men. They went to the wreckage and discovered a man still inside the wreck from the previous evening. They called Roundup law enforcement and an ambulance transported the victim to Roundup Memorial Hospital. The survivor of the crash was a 69 year old man from western Canada who was traveling back from an airshow in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. It is unknown what caused the crash, and the scene is still under investigation by the FAA. The FAA has done a preliminary inspection and has hired a firm from Bozemean to pick up and store the airplane and debris till the investigation is completed. The airplane was a Cesna 150 Commuter model, 1976, the owner has owned the airplane since 2006 according to sources.
